Terms & Conditions — pkshan Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkshan ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://pkshan.cam. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the pkshan platform — including its website, mobile interface, betting markets, live casino, gaming content or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of pkshan following the posting of any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

pkshan is an online betting and live casino information platform. These Terms govern all use of the platform and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on pkshan following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, reload offer, cashback or other promotional benefit offered by pkshan subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required under operator rules and applicable regulations.
• "Platform" means the pkshan website, mobile interface and all associated services available at https://pkshan.cam.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, instant games, promotions and any other features made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before it becomes withdrawable.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described under Section 9 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, match manipulation and use of prohibited software.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pkshan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded, banned or had an account terminated by pkshan for violation of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any person employed by pkshan or its associated operators or technology partners.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible user may register one Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address or any other identifying method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pkshan will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkshan support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

pkshan reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation — at the time of registration, at any time during the lifecycle of your Account or prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Access or use the Platform from any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating the Services on behalf of third parties;
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with any security features or access controls on the Platform;
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory or illegal content through any communication feature of the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems.

pkshan reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bet or game commitments are honoured where technically feasible.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pkshan may reference familiar payment options contextually — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational purposes relevant to Pakistani users. The availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed at the Account level prior to initiating a deposit. None of the referenced payment institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling on this platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pkshan reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time subject to applicable rules.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with all applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. pkshan reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and may be subject to additional verification procedures. pkshan does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking intermediaries. Cryptocurrency withdrawals — where available and applicable — are subject to network confirmation times and volatility; the PKR value at the time of withdrawal confirmation may differ from the value at the time of request.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pkshan may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible markets or games before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• Eligible Markets: Not all betting markets or game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after a defined period stated in the individual offer terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Abuse: pkshan reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that promotional terms have been abused, misrepresented or exploited through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or any other mechanism inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

All bonus figures referenced in promotional materials are illustrative examples subject to current offer terms. pkshan does not guarantee that any specific bonus offer will be available at any given time.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkshan are subject to the Platform's specific rules for each sport and market type. These rules are available within the relevant market section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a written confirmation from the Platform. In the event of a technical fault, communication failure or system error that prevents confirmation from being delivered, the validity of the bet will be determined by the Platform's transaction records, which shall be conclusive.

8.3 Odds and Errors

pkshan strives to display accurate odds at all times. In the event that an obvious error ("palpable error") results in odds being displayed at a materially incorrect level, pkshan reserves the right to void any bet placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed, settled or whether winnings have been credited. This right applies irrespective of whether the error was caused by a technical fault, human error or data-feed failure.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets — including cricket ball-by-ball markets for PSL, T20 World Cup and ICC events — are subject to suspension, removal and re-pricing at the Platform's sole discretion. Live betting decisions are final once confirmed. Delays between the live event and the platform feed may exist; pkshan does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of information obtained from sources with a time advantage over the Platform's feed.

8.5 Casino and Live Casino

All casino and live casino games are governed by the rules specific to each game title, as displayed within the game interface. RTP percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative averages provided by the relevant game provider and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Results in random number generator (RNG) games are determined by certified algorithms; pkshan does not manipulate outcomes.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkshan and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, creating duplicate accounts or misrepresenting eligibility status.
• Match Fixing and Sports Manipulation: Placing bets on events that the user has knowledge of, or is involved in, manipulating the outcome of — including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC events and any other sports market.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer or obscure funds derived from criminal activity. pkshan is required to report suspicious transactions to applicable authorities in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or market to the detriment of the Platform or other users.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting palpable errors in odds, game malfunctions or bonus-system anomalies for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of legitimate deposits made to the Platform.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

pkshan reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment that cannot be resolved in the Platform's favour;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• The user's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the Account balance will be frozen during the investigation period. Where a permanent closure is issued due to a breach by the user, pkshan reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in accordance with applicable operator rules.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may contact support. Any real-money balance will be returned subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkshan's total liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkshan shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of betting opportunity, loss of data or reputational harm, even if pkshan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pkshan does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. pkshan will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption during live betting events where technically feasible but does not guarantee continuity of service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkshan Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, data, user interfaces and all other material — is the property of pkshan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from pkshan. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

13. Privacy

pkshan's collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared and what rights you hold in respect of your personal information.

pkshan does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and the delivery of Platform services.

14. Responsible Gambling

pkshan is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. Our full Responsible Gambling Policy is available as a standalone document. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification may be required at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through Account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Limits cannot be increased until the relevant period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations. Notifications are issued when limits are approached and sessions are closed when reached.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed. Users acknowledge that the applicable jurisdiction may differ from their own country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform, users are encouraged to contact pkshan support in the first instance. pkshan will endeavour to resolve disputes through good-faith internal review within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, users may seek resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
